In order to become a Smartt-Holder, you must be in possession of Smartt-Tokens on your account within the SmarttCollectors DApp. When Holding Samrtt-tokens, you receive hSmartt-Tokens for the Smartt-Tokens holded.
To have hSmartt-Tokens for a certain period and amount, gives you credentials to propose and/or vote in Structural or Liquidity proposals within the SmarttCollectors Project. Once the SWAP process is ended, the Holding-Mechanism will be able for the community at this GitBook.
